Abstract::
      Due to the unique nature of their profession, civil aviation pilots are exposed to a wide range of physical, chemical, biological and psychosocial stressors. This article systematically reviews the related common occupational health risk factors. Aiming at health management practice of a domestic airline, this paper describes the current health management model for civil aviation pilots in China, the health-related data on pilots in acquisition, storage and use, the health stratification and implementation of health management, and other health intervention and education measures. With a focus on the epidemiological analysis of ionizing radiation factor monitoring and its health effects, the paper as well analyzes the existing problems present in the health management of civil aviation pilots, with the aim of providing a reference for better monitoring and management of health hazard factors for civil aviation pilots.
