Abstract:: |
Objective To explore the influence of TBI in the conditioning regimen for autologous stem cell transplantation, as well as short-term side-effects. Methods To tally 103 patients were divided into TBI group and no TBI group with autologous stem cell transplantation during 1990-2012. The time required for hematopoietic reconstitution and the short-term side effects were analyzed. Results Between the two groups, the hematopoietic reconstitution time had no significant difference, but there was a high incidence of oral mucositis and gastrointestinal reaction in the TBI group (χ2=6.458,22.400,P<0.05), and the incidence of infection is not significant. Conclusions Given the preventive treatment, the TBI group has no more serious short-term side effects and better tolerance. |
