Abstract::
      Objective To explore the mornitoring and assessment methods for food and drinking water in a nuclear or radiological emergency. Methods The representative samples of food and drinking water were collected and measured by γ spectrometry in lab. Results The limited concentration of radionuclides was provided, for example, the limitation concentrations of 3H,89Sr,131I,137Cs,226Rain food were 2.1×105,1.2×103,1.9×102,2.6×102,1.4 Bq/kg, respectively. The operation intervention levels(OIL) in food and drinking water were provided, too. Conclusions The rapid inspection could be achieved according to the methods introduced in this paper, which might help to take the intervention action.
