| Objective To study radiation dose based on three primary colors chrominance in chemical solution. Methods Aqueous solution with different concentration Alphaurine A was irradiated by 1.5-13.5 k Gy60Co γ-ray. Get data from the solution by special instrument which can detect three primary colors information. Analyze, manipulate,draw curves for the experiment result. Results The experiment result show three primary colors chrominance in the aqueous solutions changes by different doses 60Coγ-rays and different concentration Alphaurine A. Red(R) and blue(B) changes evidently and trends adversely, green(G) little changed. Conclusion The radiation dose studying based on three primary colors chrominance can developing a new method to measure radiation dose. |
