Abstract::
      Objective To improve the accuracy of estimation of radiation biodosimetry after radiation accident, to explore the time-effect relationship of DNA repair after irradiation, and to describe the curves and plane of DNA repair. Methods The neutral single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) was performed to estimate the repair of DNA double-strand break (DNA-DSB) in human lymphocytes induced by different dose of radiation at 3, 24, 48, 72 h post irradiation. Results Better goodness of fit was obtained not only in the dose-response curves at different time points, but also in the time-response curves at different doses. A smooth three-dimensional plane model was obtained when combining the two curves. Conclusions The curves of DNA-DSB repair showed a linear relationship, and repair of radiation-plane model could be used for biological dosimetry.
