Abstract::
      Objective To estimate the representative burdens of the 60 elements in main organs or tissues and whole body for Chinese adult men.Methods The burdens in these organ or tissues and whole body were estimated by using relevant reference values of organ or tissue weights for Chinese Reference Man, based on the representative concentrations of 60 elements in the 18 kinds of organs or tissue samples, collected from autopsy of 68 subjects,who died suddenly, healthy and normal before death and lived in 4 areas with different dietary types in China.Results The representative burden data of the 60 elements in these organs or tissues and whole body for these Chinese adult men were supplemented or updated.Conclusions The supplemented or updated results obtained from this research have provided more comprehensive and representative basis for developing reference values of related elemental burden parameters in organs or tissues as well as whole body for Chinese Reference Man, background values of these elemental burdens and calculating some parameters of bio-kinetic model than before.
