Abstract::
      Objective To study factors to influence the dose distribution in radioactive liquid-filled balloon. Methods Dose distribution was estimated by simulation experiment and theory calculation to study the influences of injected pressure, an air bubble in balloon, and radioactive liquid in catheter. Results A balance was reached when the pressure was bigger than 4 standard atmospheres. The air bubble in balloon was reduced with increasing of the pressure. A certain exposure to blood was occurred due to radioactive liquid in catheter. Conclusions In treatment with radioactive liquid-filled balloon, the dose distribution are influenced by injected pressure, air bubble in balloon, and radioactive liquid in catheter.
