Abstract::
      Objective To investigate the correlativity among the expression of ER,PR,C-erbB-2, P53, and mammography of breast cancer. Methods Mammography was performed and the morphologic features were analyzed in 66 patients with breast cancer before the operation. The mastectomy specimens of the breast neoplasm were stained with immunohistochemistry, and the expressions of estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor(PR), C-erbB-2 and P53 were measured. The pathologic results were compared with mammography features. Results Among the 66 cases of breast cancers, ER positive expression was positively correlated with the spiculate margin of breast cancer(P<0.01). C-erbB-2 and P53 positive expression were positively correlated (P< 0.01). Moreover, ER and PR positive expression showed a significant inverse correlation with the calcifying of breast cancer(P<0.01). ER positive expression showed a significant inverse correlation(P<0.01),PR, C-erbB-2 and P53 positive expression was not significantly correlated with the configuration turbulence of breast cancer. ER and PR positive expression was positively correlated with the transfer of lymph(P<0.01). Conclusions There are some correlation among mammography morphologic features, ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and P53 factors in breast cancer. The biologic behavior and prognosis of the breast cancer can be assessed according to mammography features.
