Objective To investigate the application value of DR dual energy subtraction technology in rib lesions. Methods 200 patients were performed with chest DR dual energy subtraction, comparing the rib imaging between DR of thorax and chest imaging using ROC analysis. Results Among the total of 200 patients, there are 50 cases of rib calcification,7 cases of rib destruction,22 cases of rib fracture. The calcification, destruction and fracture were displayed respectively by ribs below diaphragm and rib markings. The analytic parameter of rib imaging of DR dual energy subtraction Az is 0.9367, while that of rib imaging of chest Az is 0.6830. Conclusion DR dual energy subtraction technology is superior to chest imaging in the displaying of rib lesion and ribs below diaphragm. |
