Abstract:: |
Objective To investigate the influence of angelica sinenisis injection on the expression level of adherent molecule and proliferating cycle of bone marrow mononucleate cells (MNC) in irradiated mice. Methods The BALB/c mice were divided into 3 groups. Group A was normal control. Mice in group B were intraperitoneally injected with sterile saline 10 ml·kg-1·d-1 for 3 days, then irradiated with sub-lethal dose 60Co γ-rays of 6 Gy. Mice in group C were intraperitoneally injected with angelica sinenisis injection 2.5 g·kg-1·d-1 as an intervention treatment. Mice were killed by decapitation on the 7 d after irradiation, femur were taken out for further examination. The number of femur bone marrow mononucleate cells (MNC) was counted. The CD49d, CD49e, and cyclin D2 expression levels and the percentage of cells in G0/G1 in bone marrow were measured by flow cytometry. Results Compared with group A, the number of MNC, the expression levels of CD49d, CD49e, and cyclin D2 were obviously decreased, but the percentage of G0/G1 cells in bone marrow was significantly increased in group B (P<0.01). In group C, the numbers of MNC, the levels of CD49d, CD49e, and cyclin D2 were significantly increased (P<0.01) and the percentage of G0/G1 cells in bone marrow were decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion The study suggested that angelica sinenisis injection could promote the proliferation of bone marrow in irradiated mice by increasing the expression levels of CD49d, CD49e and cyclin D2. |
