Abstract:: |
Objective To study the construction of dose calculation model and the method of automatic beam parameters selection in IMRT. Methods The three-dimension convolution dose calculation model of photon was constructed with the methods of Fast Fourier Transform. The objective function based on dose constrain was used to evaluate the fitness of individuals. The beam weights were optimized with genetic algorithm. Results After 100 iterative analyses, the treatment planning system produced highly conformal and homogeneous dose distributions. Conclusion the three-dimension convolution dose calculation model of photon gave more accurate results than the conventional models; genetic algorithm is valid and efficient in IMRT beam parameters optimization. |
