Objective To establish a numerical rat model and calculate the SAR distribution in a rat exposed to electromagnetic wave irradiation. Methods Based on a 3D rat model established by using CAD software,a numerical rat was calculated adopting FDTD method to get SAR distribution(average SAR and distributed SAR) under a certain condition of electromagnetic wave irradiation.Results Both average SAR and distributed SAR were worked out by the numerical rat model exposed to electromagnetic wave irradiation.Conclusion The numerical rat model can be used for calculating the SAR distribution in rats exposed to electromagnetic wave irradiation,and provides a reference for related electromagnetic-biological effects. |
