Abstract::
      Objective To compare the energy response of four types of diagnostic dosimeters, including home-made RD-98 and imported SOLIDOS R-400, DIADOS, RADCAL-9010 from Sweden, Germany and USA,respectively. Methods The substitute method in the standard beams of X-ray diagnostic imaging of Beijing SSDL was adopted for the comparison. Result The experiments showed that all of the diagnostic dosimeters met the IEC requirements for energy response. Conclusion The diagnostic dosimeter with a semi-conductor detector has the same characteristics of energy response as that with an ionizing chamber.
