Abstract::
      Objective To discuss the quantity control methods for the practice process of three-dimension conformal radiation therapy(3D-CRT) of the head and neck cancers. Methods To do quality control experiments to simulate the process of 3D-CRT by means of Topsland system,radiation treatment -planning system,laser light,bow form ruler,head model. Results Group B with the tag of reposition on the skin had less error in process than group A with the tag of reposition on the veil.It could reach the QC requirement of 3D-CRT process. Conclusions Head fixing equipment should be used reasonably when 3D-CRT of the head and neck cancer is performed.The patient's coordinates should be founded on the skin,and every link in process ought to be reposited according to the patient's coordinates and validated by photograph before treatment.The QC requirement of the process can be reached if the operation is performed strictly following the standard method stated in this paper.
