Objective To analyse the expressions of bFGFR,Flt-1 in mice bone marrow mononuclear cells(BMMNC) after exposure to γ-radiation. Methods Kunming strain mice irradiated with 6.0 Gy 60Co γ-rays were used to analyse the bFGFR and Flt-1 expression in BMMNC by flow cytometry on days 3,7 and 14 after irradiation. Results Expressions of bFGFR,Flt-1 in BMMNC after irradiation were significantly lower than those in normal BMMNC (t=2.33-6.35 and 4.14-20.61;P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively). Their expressions were still lower on day 14(t=2.33 and 4.17;P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively). The expressions of bFGFR,Flt-1 in BMMNC showed direct correlation(r=0.5533,P<0.05). Conclusion γ-radiation inhibits bFGFR,Flt-1 expressions in BMMNC,suggesting that the abnormal expressions of bFGFR,Flt-1 in BMMNC are involved in the injury of hematopoietic microenvironment(HIM) by γ-radiation. |
