Objective To verify dosimetric accuracy and reliability of the secondary dosimetry standard for 60 Co radiotherapy level of our country; our SSDLs have participated different kinds of international dosimetry intercomparison organized by IAEA and WHO. Methods Intercomparison methods included on-site measurements, postal TLD and ionization chamber calibration factor through sending a calibrated ionization chamber. Results the results of three kinds of intercomparisons deviations were in agreement with the reference values within corresponding acceptable limits. Conclusion Our national secondary dosimetry standard for 60Co radiotherapy level is consistent with the international standard and the measuring procedures are reliable. |
