Abstract::
      Objective To analyze the expression of bFGF,VEGF in mice bone marrow after exposure to γ-radiation. Methods Kunming strain mice irradiated with 6.0 Gy 60Co γ-rays were used to analyze the bFGF and VEGF expression in bone marrow on days 3,7,14 after irradiation by immunohistochemistry. Results Expressions of bFGF,VEGF in bone marrow of the irradiation group were significantly lower than those of the normal group( P <0.01),and were still lower 14 days after irradiation( P<0.05 or P <0.01).But the expressions of bFGF and VEGF in bone marrow showed a direct correlation( r =0.824, P <0.01). Conclusion γ-radiation inhibits bFGF,VEGF expressions in bone marrow,suggesting that the abnormal expressions were ralated to the injury of hematopoietic microenvironment(HIM)cause by γ-radiation.
