| Objective To analyze relative factors of lung radiation injury. Methods Analysis of HRCT manifestations was performed in order to relate them to prognosis of lung radiation injury.Altogether 86 cases suffered from lung radiation injury out of 580 patients who had received radiation therapy for chest tumors were included in the analysis. Results According to appearance of HRCT,the following results were achieved in patients with radiation pneumonities:(1) Eight patients having patchy and exudation lesions achieved complete remission.(2)Eighteen patients with consolidation lesions achieved remission.(3)The other sixty patients with atelectasis and fibrosis were unreversible but symptoms were alleviated. Conclusion These results indicate that relative factors of lung injury and HRCT are very helpful to prognosis,diagnosis and treatment of radiation pneumonitis. |
