Abstract:: |
Objective To observe the cell cycle arrest changes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells ( PBMNCs) of normal persons and several kinds of tumor cell lines after 60Coγ-irradiation. Methods PBMNCs of normal persons,HL-60,K562,SiHA and 113 tumor cell lines were irradiat ed with 60Coγ-rays at the absorbed doses of 6,10,15 Gy.Cell cycles changes were checked 6,12,24,48 and 60 h after the irradiation. Results A stasis state was observed in normal person PBMNCs, 95 p ercents of which were in G1 phase,and they still remained stasis after the irr adiation.Except the 113 cell line manifesting G1 phase arrest,all other tumor cell lines showed G2/M phase arrest after irradiation.The radiation sensitivit y of HL-60 was higher than that of SiHA cell line. Conclusion Different cell lines have different cell cycle arrest r eaction to radiation and their radiation sensitivity are also different. |
