| Objective To examine the combinative anti-tumor effect of angiogenesis inhibitor TNP-470 and radiosensitizer MISO in radiotherapy. Methods A 6-group in vivo experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of TNP-470 combining γ-irradiation with or without MISO in the C57 mice bearing Lewis lung cancer. Results TNP-470 combined with γ-irradiation and MISO showed the best therapeutic effectiveness in vivo. Conclusion Angiogenesis inhibitor TNP-470 could potentiate the efficacy of radiosensitizer in radiotherapy. |
