Objective To screen and identify the genes in endothelial cell(EC) injury induced by ionizing radiation. Methods Using the technique of mRNA differential display,we screened the genes correlative to ionizing radiation in EC. Results Two exons-STSs and GSSs in KIAA0456 gene and ARF3 gene were endancively expressed in irradiated endothelial cells. Conclusion The function of cell division,signal transduction,cell adhesion and proliferation induced by the above two genes are all increased in irradiated endothelial cells. ; |
