Abstract::
      Objective To explore the effect of combined radiationburn on immunological function.Methods Two groups of mice were subjected to radiation and combined radiaitonburn in jury respectively.Their spleen index was measured,T lymphocytes were isolated,and IFNγ and IL- 4 transcriptive levels were detected with RTPCR.Results (1)The spleen index and organization of spleen recovered more quickly in the combined radiationburn injury group(CI) than that in the radiation injury group(RI)(2)The gene transcription level of IFNγ was less suppressed and better.recovered than that of IL-4(3)The spleen index and IL-4 transcription level in T lymphocytes changed in a doublephrase manner(4)The expression level of IFNγ was higher in CI group than in RI group,while that of IL-4 in both groups exhibited no marked difference.Conclusion (1)Radiation is the leading injury factor in combined radiationburn injury(2)The I-L4 gene expression was more sensitive to radiation than that of IFNγ(3) Burn can promote gene expression of IFNγ but not IL-4 in the CI group(4)The IL-4 expressionpromoting mechanism is still effective after radiation injury.
