Abstract::
      Objective To analyses the expressional change of the CD34 in bone marrow hematopoietic cells postirradiation. Methods Female Kunming strain mice irradiated with 6 Gy-γrays without any treatment were used to analyse the CD34 expression in bone marrow mononuclear cells at 24 h,day 3,5,7,10,12 and 15 after irradiation.Collected bone marrow mononuclear cells were used to extract the total RNA.Using the methods of RT-PCR and dot blot hybridization with mouse CD34 specific primers and probe to measure the relative expression quantity. Results The CD34 expression was obviously increased as soon as 24 h post-irradiation.Afterwards,it maintained at a higher level than normal until day 15. Conclusion The results indicate that after 6 Gy irradiation,the earlier hematopoietic progenitors can increase the irproliferative ability and the quantity compensatively,and would have important significance in hematopoietic repair postirradiation.
