| Objective To find out the genes related to transformation of human bronchial epithelial cell line and to clone them. Methods The mRNA differential display method was used. Results Differential cDNA fragments were found.After sequencing and identification in GenBank,4 fragments were found to be novel ones and were registered in EMBL database. Conclusion Four novel cDNA fragments have been found,but their biological characterictics and functions are still to be elucidated. |
