Abstract:: |
Objective The mIL-2R expression of human peripheral blood lymphocytes after X irradiation with different doses was investigated.Method Indirect fluorescence analysis with flow cytometry was used. Results After 4 Gy or 6 Gy irradiation,the expression of mIL-2R was significantly lower than that of control (both P <0.01).However,the mIL-2R expression of lymphocytes was significantly higher than that of the control after irradiation with 75 mGy or 100 mGy ( P <0.001 and P <0.01,respectively).Furthermore, it was demonstrated that the mIL-2R expression in the group preirradiated with 75 mGy was higher than that in group irradiated with 4 Gy only. Conclusion 4 Gy or 6 Gy X-irradiation reduced the mIL-2R expession of human peripheral blood lymphocytes,while mIL-2R expression was increased after irradiation with 75 mGy or 100 mGy;75 mGy preirradiation could induce adaptive response of mIL-2R expression. |
