Abstract::
      Objective To explore the mechanism of 60 Co irradiation on cellular proliferation and synthesis of type Ⅰ pro-collagen protein in cultured human embryo lung fibroblasts(HELF).Method Cultured cells were divided into groups irradiated with different doses plus angiotensin Ⅱ(AⅡ) stimulation.Relationship of malondialdehyde(MDA) content in medium and extent of cellular proliferation were measured,immuno reactive material of intracellular A Ⅱ and type Ⅰ pro-collagen protein were displayed by method of immunocytochemistry,and image pattern analysis was made.Results Irradiation with 1—5Gy could stimulate cell proliferation and synthesis of type Ⅰ pro-collagen significantly;cell proliferation and type Ⅰ pro-collagen synthesis could be promoted by exogenous A Ⅱ.Conclusion Irradition can stimulate HELF to synthesize A Ⅱ,which stimulates cell proliferation and type Ⅰ pro-collagen synthesis.It may be related to HELF proliferation and-collagen synthesis induced by irradition.
