Abstract::
      Objective The mode of cell death in Molt-4 and Ana-1 cell lines was studied after radionuclide 147Pm treatment.Methods The morphological changes,agarose gel electrophoresis,MTT assay and JAM assay were used for qualitative and quantative analyses.Results Dying cells induced by 147Pm displayed morphological changes of apoptosis.Apoptotic cells and DNA fragmentation induced by 147Pm in Molt-4 or Ana-1 cell line were dependent on the 147Pm treatment time and accumulated radiation absorption dose.Conclusion Radionuclide 147Pm internal irradiation can induce apoptosis of Molt-4 and Ana-1 cell lines.
