Abstract:: |
Objective To study the change regularity of red cell immune function in patients with moderate or severe acute radiation sickness (ARS). Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to study the change of erythrocyte CR1 quantity gene (ECR1 gene).Red cell C3b receptor rosette test (RC3bRT) was used to study the change of ECR1 activity. Results ECR1 gene was not changed in ARS.And ECR1 activity in ARS (5 cases) was significantly lower than in normal people.ECR1 activity in ARS was increased to normal in four and a half years after the accidental radiation exposure. Conclusions These results indicate that change of ECR1 activity in ARS exists for long time. |
