Abstract:: |
Flow cytometry was used to analyze CD3 expression of thymocytes in mice for their immunofluorescence stained with monoclonal antibody.It was found that the adaptive response of CD3 expression of thymocytes could be induced by 0.075Gy (conditioning dose, D1) whole body X-irradiation which was delivered 6h before 1.5Gy (challenge dose,D2) exposure.The results showed that the number of CD cells of thymus was significantly higher in D1+ D2 guoup than that in D2 group (P< 0.01). |
