Abstract:: |
The packaging cell line PA317 was transfected with the recombinant retrovirus vector carrying Bcl-2.After 15 days, G-418-resistant clones were isolated and expanded, and the culture supernatant was collected to infect NIH 3 T 3.Compared with the control group, the infected NIH 3 T 3 cells were higher in agarose colony forming ability and proliferation and lower in irradiation sensitivity. |
