Abstract:: |
A proposal on the guideline of radiation protection and safety for a low temperature thermo supply nuclear reactor has been put forward,namely:(1) Weighted population in a 50km radius region should not exceed 106;(2) The radlus of exclusion area is 250m;(3)The radius of restricted development area is 2km;(4)The individual dose(whole body or effective) to publiccaused by release of radioactivity to environmemt during normal operation of a low temperature thermo supply nuclear reactor should not exceed 0.1mSv/a,and the collective dose should not exceed 100man·Sv/a;(5) Indvidual dose(whole body or effective) during an accident of a low temperature thermo Supply nuclear reactor should not exceed 5mSv,and the collective dose should not exceed 1000man·Sv;(6) For a low temperature thermo Supply nuclear reactor during normal operation the release of radioactive effluent should not exceed two-fifths of the value defined in national standard GB6249;(7) The radionuclide concentrationin the water of heating loop should not exceed 0.37Bq/l;(8)Three emergency grades are proposed:namely,emergency standby,plant emergency and site emergency. |
