| Abstract:: |
| We used MDM2 and p53 monoclonal antibodies and immunohistochemical method to study 25 cases of human radiation-induced skin ulcer.It was found that the positive rate for overexpression of MDM2 was 36% (9/25)and for that of p53 was only 8% (2/25).The result suggests that the molecular pathological changes in MDM2 and p53,genes and proteins might be involved in cancer transformation of human radiationinduced skin ulcer. |
