Abstract:: |
This article reports the changes of bio-oxidase activities in cytoplasm of blood and liver cells from mice irradiated with different doses(3, 6, 9 and 12Gy).Experimental results showed that the total activities of superoxide dismutase, copper zinc superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and catalase in cytoplasm of blood and liver cells significantly decreased with increase of irradiation dosage, However, the actirity of manganese superoxide dismutase did not change under similar irradiation condion.The contents of lipid peroxidase in the blood and liver cells significantly increased in high dose irradiated group.These results demonstrate that the activities of bio-oxidase are significantly influenced by radiation damage.The extent of changes in bio-oxidase is related with radiation dosage.the main cause of the increase in lipid peroxidase is the decrease of bio-oxidase activities after irradiation. |
