Abstract::
      Electron spin resonance(ESR) technique was used to estimate the irradiation dose to tooth enamel samples one each from 11 residents near Chernobyl reactor.The results showed that the doses to 8 samples were estimated to be less than 10cGy and the other 3 samples had an assessed radiation dose of 30-60cGy.Some practical problems in analyses of the results are also discussed in this paper.
