Abstract:: |
The effect of whole body irradiation on CD3 expression of thymocytes was investigated in Kunming mice which were irradiated with 15 Gy X-rays at the dose rate of 0.286 Gy/min.At 18h after irradiation the mice were sacrificed and the changes of CD0+,CD4+,CD8+ cells were measured by flow cytometry with immunofluorescence.The results showed that the CD8cells in the irradiated group increased 177.61 percent over the control group because of the increase of CD4+CD8- and CD4-CD8+ cells with CD3 complex while the CD4+CD8+ cells markedly decreased following irradiation. |
