| Swiss male mice were exposed to X-rays of 0-4Gy.Then at day 60, we observed the oilromosome transioeations in spermato-gonia in mitotic metaphase and meiotic dia-kinesis metaphase I(primary spermatocytes) of the irradiated mice.The rclatiOnships between the number of transloeations and the dose of X-rays in these two kinds of cells were linear-quadratic.But the absolute value of the translocations in mitotic metaphases was lower than that in meiotic metaphases due to lower recogniza-bility of translocafion in the former.Based on the present data·the genetic risk is cal-culated to be 2.13×10/gamete×cGy;‘and the dose-effect relationship for the appearancc of translocation in the offspring is Y=0.16+0.3lD, which is consistent with the data reported in the literature. |
