Abstract::
      As shown by autoradiography,20 seconds after intravenous injection or 50 seconds after intraperitoneal injection of 125I to mice.125I was located mainly in the epithelial cells of thyroid follicles.At 1.5 and 15 minutes after injection 125I was concentrated in the cavity of the follicles and remained there for a long time. 125I was not evenly distributed in the thyroid gland.
