Abstract::
      Thymosin F5.in a dose of 50μg/day,was injected to mice subjected to single whole body irradiation with 200~400 rad of γ-rays on purpose to assay the pluripotent hemopoietic stem cells(CFU-S).The D0 value in recipient mice was 300 rad.While that in the control group was 150 rad,and the DRF derived from D37 was 2.Denoting the radioprotective action of thymosin for CFU-S.
