Abstract::
      Adult mice were transfused with allogeneic bone marrow cells (1×106)after 1000 rads of γ-irradiation.The 30-day survival rate was about 40% above the control.Of other three groups of mice irradiated with 1100,1200,and 1300 rads respectively and transfused with the same amount(8×106) of bone marrow cells,31%,3%and 3.4% respectively survived after 30 days of irradiation.The mortality of the control groups was 100%.
