| 放射治疗作为胸部肿瘤治疗的重要手段,能够有效控制肿瘤的局部生长并缓解患者症状。然而,放疗造成的一系列并发症严重影响患者生活质量。在胸部肿瘤患者中,放射性肺损伤(Radiation-induced lung injury,RILI)是较常见的并发症之一。研究发现,中草药能在一定程度上减轻RILI对患者造成的不良影响。本文综述了近些年中草药在抗RILI效应及其作用机制的研究进展,以期为中草药防治RILI的进一步规范化研究及应用提供可靠依据。 |

| Radiotherapy, as an important treatment modality for thoracic tumors, can effectively control the tumors' local growth and alleviate the symptoms of patients. However, radiotherapy induces a series of complications, which severely impair patients' quality of life. Among these, radiation-induced lung injury (RILI) represents a common complication in thoracic cancer patients. Studies have revealed that the Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) can mitigate the adverse effects of RILI on patients to some extent. This study presents a review of recent advances in research on the protective effects of CHM against RILI, along with the underlying mechanisms, aiming to provide a reliable basis for further normalized research and application of CHM in the prevention and treatment of RILI. |
