| 民航飞行员因职业特殊性面临着复杂多样的物理、化学、生物和心理社会压力源。本文系统梳理民航飞行员常见职业健康危害因素,以国内某航空公司对飞行员的健康管理实践为例,阐述当前我国民航飞行员健康管理的模式、飞行员健康相关数据的获取、存储及使用,健康分层和健康管理的实施,以及其他健康干预宣教措施等,以电离辐射因素监测及其健康效应的流行病学分析为重点,剖析当前民航飞行员健康管理存在的问题,以期为更好地做好民航飞行员健康危害因素监测与健康管理提供参考。 |

| Due to the unique nature of their profession, civil aviation pilots are exposed to a wide range of physical, chemical, biological and psychosocial stressors. This article systematically reviews the related common occupational health risk factors. Aiming at health management practice of a domestic airline, this paper describes the current health management model for civil aviation pilots in China, the health-related data on pilots in acquisition, storage and use, the health stratification and implementation of health management, and other health intervention and education measures. With a focus on the epidemiological analysis of ionizing radiation factor monitoring and its health effects, the paper as well analyzes the existing problems present in the health management of civil aviation pilots, with the aim of providing a reference for better monitoring and management of health hazard factors for civil aviation pilots. |
