      立体定向放疗在肝癌治疗中的临床应用越来越广泛。射波刀治疗系统是目前实施立体定向放疗较为先进的机器人放射外科系统,其原理是利用三维空间多角度照射、独特的金标追踪和同步呼吸追踪系统,最大限度地避免因器官运动造成的肿瘤脱靶,从而实现肿瘤靶区剂量适形度更高、周边正常组织损伤最小的消融放疗效果。射波刀治疗系统真正意义上实现了肿瘤的精确定位、精确计划和精确治疗。经专家组多轮讨论后,形成射波刀治疗原发性肝细胞癌专家共识,供临床医师参考。
英文摘要:
      Stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT) has been increasingly used to treat liver cancer. The Cyberknife (CK) system serves as a relatively advanced robotic radiosurgery system for delivering SRT. Using three-dimensional multi-angle irradiation, unique fiducial tracking, and synchronous respiratory tracking system, the CK system can minimize the off-target caused by respiratory movement, thereby achieving effective ablative radiotherapy characterized by high dose conformity in the gross target volume and minimal damage to surrounding normal tissue. In a real sense, the CK system achieves accurate positioning, planning, and irritation. After several rounds of discussion, the expert consensus on Cyberknife treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma has been formed as a reference for clinicians.
