| 相对于其他实体性肿瘤,前列腺癌的发病率和死亡率在我国呈现持续上升的趋势。对于局限性前列腺癌,放疗是仅次于手术的重要治疗手段。立体定向放射治疗(stereotactic body radiation therapy, SBRT)以其先进的物理计划、精确的影像引导和超低分割的投照技术实现了有效、便捷和安全的治疗目标,部分替代了传统的常规分割放疗方案。目前一些关于前列腺癌SBRT治疗的前瞻性和回顾性的临床研究已经发表,但证据基础仍不完整,治疗流程在各研究之间缺乏一致性。在上海市医学会肿瘤放射治疗专科分会的推动下,上海市医学会肿瘤放射治疗专科分会立体定向放疗学组结合已有的循证医学证据和各单位的治疗经验制定了前列腺癌SBRT上海专家共识。该共识目的是为了规范SBRT在前列腺癌患者中的应用,为制定临床放疗方案提供实用性参考,同时也为后续的多中心合作与数据共享和分析建立基础性标准。 |

| Compared to other solid tumors, prostate cancer exhibits a continuously rising incidence rate and mortality in China. For localized prostate cancer, radiation therapy is the second only to surgery as a significant treatment means. Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) has emerged as an effective, convenient, and safe therapy by leveraging advanced physical planning, precise image guidance, and ultrahypofractionated exposure. This approach has partly superseded conventional fractionated radiotherapy regimens. Although several prospective and retrospective clinical studies on SBRT for prostate cancer have been published, they show incomplete evidence integrity and inconsistent treatment protocols. Under the auspices of the Branch Association of Radiation Oncology of Shanghai Medical Association, the Group of Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy under this branch association formulated the "Shanghai Medical Association Radiation Oncologists consensus on stereotactic body radiation therapy for prostate cancer" based on available evidence-based medical data and multi-institutional clinical experience. This consensus aims to standardize the application of SBRT in prostate cancer patients, providing practical guidance for radiation oncologists and foundational standards for future multi-institutional collaboration, data sharing, and analysis. |
