| 90Y微球放射性栓塞治疗是新兴发展的用于中晚期肝癌治疗和姑息治疗的介入技术,2022年获国家药品监督管理局进口药品注册。为提高肿瘤应答率并降低不良反应,肝肿瘤与健康组织的剂量评价贯穿治疗全程,剂量估算方法的效率和准确度是提升治疗效果的关键。本文调研并梳理6种估算方法及其最新研究进展,从中总结出各类方法独特的优势与适用场景,并探讨新兴方法在临床应用中可能面临的挑战,为90Y微球放射性栓塞治疗中剂量预测与评价环节的发展和规范化提供参考。 |

| 90Y microspheres radioembolization therapy is an emerging interventional technique used for the treatment and palliative care of intermediate and advanced liver cancer, which was registered by National Medical Products Administration for imported drugs in 2022. In order to improve the tumor response rate and reduce toxic effects, the dose assessment for the tumor and healthy tissues is implemented throughout treatment. The efficiency and accuracy of estimation method are the keys to improving the therapeutic effect. This article investigated and summarized six evaluation method and their latest progress, discussed the unique advantages and applicable scenarios of each methods, and explored the possible challenges faced in clinical applications. This study would support the development and standardization of dose prediction and evaluation in radioembolization with 90Y microspheres. |
