Treg细胞是机体维持免疫稳态的重要机制,也是肿瘤免疫抑制的重要原因。肿瘤内Treg细胞是免疫治疗启动免疫效应的首要障碍,也是放疗后肿瘤控制不良的机制之一。放疗后肿瘤细胞通过释放TGF-β、IL33增加瘤内Treg细胞的增殖,并通过巨噬细胞增加Treg细胞募集。剥夺放疗后瘤内Treg细胞可以提高放疗对肿瘤的局部控制,并增强放疗远隔效应。 |

Regulatory T cells (Treg) play important role in immune homeostasis in physics and hamper the anti-tumor immunity. Depletion of intra-tumor Treg is a critical step to boost the anti-tumor effect in immune therapy. Radiotherapy can induce secretion of TGF-β and IL33 from tumor cells and then increase Treg proliferation and recruitment into tumor through Langerhans cell. Depletion of Treg could increase the local control and abscopal effect of radiotherapy. |
