      目的 调查分析杭州及周边地区居民日常膳食中90Sr和137Cs放射性水平。方法 选取2020—2023年杭州市临安区(杭州主要农作物产区)和西湖区(拥有杭州规模较大的水产养殖基地)的采样点采集鲜奶、大米、毛毛菜、鲫鱼,从舟山市(杭州居民食用海产品主要来源地)采样点采海带、带鱼,样品灰化后用放射化学法和γ能谱法分别测定90Sr和137Cs的活度浓度。结果 2020—2023年鲜奶中90Sr活度浓度范围为(0.069 ± 0.015)~(0.224 ± 0.032) Bq/L;大米中90Sr活度浓度范围为(0.011 ± 0.004)~(0.039 ± 0.009) Bq/kg;毛毛菜中90Sr活度浓度范围为(0.067 ± 0.025)~(0.201 ± 0.022) Bq/kg;鲫鱼中90Sr活度浓度范围为(0.092 ± 0.007)~(0.841 ± 0.150) Bq/kg;海带中90Sr活度浓度范围为(0.021 ± 0.004)~(0.579 ± 0.103) Bq/kg;带鱼中90Sr活度浓度范围为(0.423 ± 0.103)~(0.624 ± 0.124) Bq/kg。137Cs在食品中的活度浓度监测结果多数低于探测下限。本研究监测结果与往年数据无数量级上的差异。结论 杭州居民日常膳食中90Sr和137Cs活度浓度处于本底水平。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the levels of 90Sr and 137Cs in diet of residents in Hangzhou and its surrounding areas. Methods From 2020 to 2023, the samples of fresh milk, rice, leafy greens, and crucian carp, commonly consumed by Hangzhou residents, were collected from four sampling sites in Lin'an District, a major agricultural production area and Xihu District, a large-scale aquaculture base. Samples of kelp and cuttlefish, which are commonly consumed seafood by Hangzhou residents, were collected from two sampling sites in Zhoushan City, that is the main source of seafood consumed by Hangzhou residents. After the samples were ashed, the activity concentrations of 90Sr and 137Cs were determined by radiochemical method. Results Among 2020 to 2023, the activity concentrations of 90Sr were (0.069±0.015) to (0.22±0.03) Bq/L in fresh milk, (0.011±0.004) to (0.039±0.009) Bq/kg in rice, (0.067±0.025) to (0.20±0.02) Bq/kg in salsola, (0.092±0.007) to (0.84±0.15) Bq/kg in crucian carp, (0.021±0.004) to (0.58±0.10) Bq/kg in kelp, and (0.42±0.10) to (0.62±0.12) Bq/kg in hairtail fish, respectively. The activity concentrations of 137Cs in the analyzed food samples were mostly below the detection limit. The monitoring result during this study are consistent with previous years' data, showing no differences in orders of magnitude. Conclusions The activity concentrations of 90Sr and 137Cs in diet of Hangzhou residents are at the background level.
