| 目的 研究小鼠受到不同剂量全身照射后血清和主要造血免疫器官中结合珠蛋白的表达,寻找可能的放射病诊断指标和治疗靶点。方法 运用Western blotting 检测照射后小鼠血清中结合珠蛋白的变化,RT-PCR检测照射后小鼠器官组织中结合珠蛋白mRNA 的表达情况。结果 照射后小鼠血清中结合珠蛋白和免疫造血相关组织中结合珠蛋白mRNA均较正常对照升高,而且随着照射后时间和照射剂量的增加出现了增加趋势。结论 电离辐射可以引起小鼠血清中结合珠蛋白和造血免疫相关组织中结合珠蛋白mRNA的增加,可能是急性放射损伤诊断的新指标和治疗新靶点。 |

| Objective To study the changes of haptoglobin expression in mouse serum and hematopoietic immune tissue, in order to search for the potential diagnostic biomarker and therapeutical target of acute radiation injury.Methods RT-PCR and Western blotting were used to detect the haptoglobin mRNA and protein, respectively.Results The expression of haptoglobin mRNA in detected tissues and protein in sera were increased in dose- and time-dependent manner.Conclusions γ-rays could enhance the expression level of haptoglobin in mouse serum and hematopoietic immune tissue, and these two proteins might be the potential diagnostic biomarker or therapeutical target of acute radiation injury. |
