| 目的 探讨放射性肺损伤综合治疗的新观点和疗效。方法 将86例放疗后6个月内发生放射性肺损伤的患者分成两组,一组给予常规西药治疗(西药组,56例),一组行西药、中药、生理、心理治疗及灵性照顾的综合治疗(综合组,30例),比较两组患者在临床症状及CT表现方面的差异。结果 在临床症状改善方面综合组比西药组效果好,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT表现方面综合组Ⅰ型(片状渗出型)和Ⅱ型(补丁实变型)的有效率为94%,明显优于西药组的57%(P<0.05)。 结论 综合治疗疗效优于常规西药治疗,特别是Ⅰ、Ⅱ型早期放射性肺炎病例。 |

| Objective To investigate the treatment effect of radiation induced lung injury with combined therapies.Methods Eighty_six patients with radiation induced lung injury were divided into tow groups, one was given routine western medicine, the other was given combined therapies, including western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,physiological and psychological treatment, as well as spiritual care, The difference of clinical symptoms and CT image were compared between two groups.Results The clinical symptoms have been improved in the group with combined therapies but with no statistical significance.Moreover,the effective ratio of type Ⅰ (lamellar exudation lesions) and type Ⅱ (patch consolidation lesions) was 94%, obviously higher than that in the other group (57%).Conclusions The treatment effect of combined therapies was better than the routine western medicine, especially for types Ⅰ and Ⅱ radiation induced lung injury. |
