目的 为保证伽玛刀放射外科治疗的精确性和安全性,按照国内、外标准制定了一系列质量保证程序。方法 此质量保证程序涉及有关设备和治疗操作两方面内容,并规定了各项措施的检测频率和允许误差范围。结果 剂量率输出的误差为0~0.3%(<3%),机械等中心精度0.26~0.31 mm (<0.5 mm),其他各项检测结果均在允许误差范围内。结论 质量保证的日常程序化管理可有效地保证伽玛刀放射外科治疗的精确性和安全性。 |

Objective The quality assurance(QA) program was designed for gamma knife stereotactic radiosurgery to check and maintain the hospital to comply with current regulations and ensure the high precision and safety of the treatment.Methods A comprehensive quality assurance program separated into two aspects: equipment related QA and treatment procedure related QA. The items are checked on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis. A complete list of items with their respective timetables and tolerances was provided. ResultsThe range of deviation of the dose rate output was 0-0.3%(<3%). The mechanical isocenter accuracy was found to be 0.26-0.31 mm (<0.5 mm). It is acceptable that the experience showed very small margins of error. Conclusions Items included in this routine quality assurance program could ensure the accuracy and safety of gamma knife treatment. |
