      目的 用Scaled Conjugate Gradient(SCG)算法对IMRT计划射束权重进行优化。方法 优化过程采用基于剂量的目标函数,建立了剂量均匀性约束和组织重要程度约束,用等剂量线和剂量-体积直方图来评估计划的优劣。结果 SCG算法是一种有效的IMRT射束权重的优化方法,能够得到较高适形度的剂量分布。结论 SCG算法在IMRT射野参数优化中具有较为广阔的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study beam weight optimization with Scaled Conjugate Gradient (SCG) algorithm implemented as the intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT).Methods The objective function is based on dose constrain as well as the dose homogeneous constrain and important factors of tissue. Two and three dimensional isodose contours and dose-volume histogram are used to evaluate the treatment planning. Results It is shown that beam weight optimization in IMRT based on SCG algorithm can obtain highly conformal dose distributions within a clinically acceptable computation time. SCG algorithm is valid and efficient to accelerate the optimization process. Conclusions SCG may have a wide application in facilitation of IMRT treatment planning.
